The utility room is a very useful addition having facility for dishwasher or washing machine and double stainless steel sink unit with drawers and cupboards under, there is also plenty of space for a condenser dryer.
This room can also accommodate an upright fridge/freezer and there are plenty of overhead shelves and a full height cupboard. All the electricity supply boxes and meter are housed in an overhead wall cupboard, the stable door leads out onto the patio.
